It does not look old anyway. The building looks new from outside. Inside, apart from a grand looking staircase in front of the reception counter, everything is modern. The rooms are really small though, at least my Standard room was. The corridor outside the rooms is small, and the elevator is small.

The standard room had all the basic amenities. A queen bed, a small TV, a hair dryer, a tea/coffee maker, two small water bottles, a cloth hanger near the door, a clean & compact bathroom, clean towels, effective air-conditioning, and free wifi.

Staff at the reception was courteous, even gave me an extra one hour to check-out. Cost per day for a standard room here is around 65 USD which is not bad in view of the close proximity to a famous landmark of Macau, Senado Square and the ruins. I liked this no-nonsense property. In Macau, most people use their hotels just to sleep at night (or day). Hanging a Do-Not-Disturb sign outside my room in London Hotel guaranteed a good sleep for me. That is all I care about. I will stay at London Hotel again.
